1. Who we are and what we offer
myFastWash is a service of Bayesys Technologies S.r.l.s. a socio unico (VAT 02812640742, registered office Via Raffaele Rubini 12, 72100 Brindisi (BR)) that lets you book a wash slot at independent car washes. myFastWash is an intermediary: the wash is performed and invoiced by the car wash, which is solely responsible for it.
2. For customers
- Booking is free. You pay the car wash directly, at the price shown when booking.
- Your booking is confirmed automatically when you enter the code received on WhatsApp or by SMS (or sign in with email, Google or Apple) and receive a booking code.
- The bay stays reserved for up to 10 minutes after the booked time. After that the car wash may give it to someone else.
- You can cancel for free up to 1 hour before. Repeated no-shows may lead to account suspension.
3. For car wash owners
- Registration requires an active Italian VAT number, email and the owner's mobile. Each request is verified (email confirmation and a phone call) and the page is published only after approval.
- The owner guarantees that prices, hours, services and availability are correct and honours confirmed bookings.
- Plans: Base, €0.50 + VAT per booked and completed wash, no monthly fee; Pro, €29 + VAT per month, no per-wash fee. Monthly invoicing; Pro can be cancelled for the following month.
- We may suspend pages with false data, misconduct or unhonoured bookings.
4. Liability
We do our best to keep the service available and the data accurate, but we are not liable for wash quality, vehicle damage or delays caused by the car wash, except where the law provides otherwise (wilful misconduct or gross negligence). Consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.
5. Governing law and disputes
Italian law applies. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available.
